Processing： means we've received your order and are in the process of filling it.
Shipped：means we've filled this portion of your order. It's on the delivery truck and will be delivered soon.
Item(s) Not Available： means this portion of your order was not filled. A Customer Service Representative from CX will be contacting you with more details.
Pending：means Order verification and payment processing. Changes may be made to an order during this step and up to when the credit card is charged.
hold：Means Order Verification has been stalled. More information can be found with steps to resolve the issue by clicking either the order number or status link above. Or you have asked us to stop the order.
Cancelled ：means The order has been cancelled (reasons vary). Void orders are null and cannot be re-processed. If you need to re-order as a result, please do so on our website.
Completed：means Your order has been despatch from our warehouse and has been handed to the carrier you have selected. An e-mail will be sent to your account address with a tracking link (also available by clicking the Order Number above). Information may be delayed on the carrier's website depending on consignment scan updates.
Ready For Pick Up：means Your order is packaged and waiting for your collection at cx Computer superstore.
