Warranty & Returns

Warranty Policy:

All CX Computer Superstore systems include one year parts and two years labour return to base warranty. For other brand name products we need to return them to the manufacturers or supplies and the warranty details are totally subject to the manufactures' terms and conditions. Postage and handling may incur an extra charge.

All software and compatibility issues with CX Computer Superstore systems are not the liability of CX Computer Superstore and may incur extra charges for troubleshooting.

Refund / Exchange policy:

Refund will be authorised strictly within 7 days and after 7 days no immediate exchange or refund will be given. 

Immediate replacement will also be subject to internal stock and manufacturer availability. 

We have the right to refuse a refund/exchange when items:-

– Are Incomplete or Missing Any Parts
– Are not return in their original packaging
– Show signs of physical damage to itself or its packaging
– Are returned without original invoice or receipt
– Has been opened such as software, toner/ink cartridges, CD/DVD and storage media

We cannot accept a return of software under any circumstances.
